Move a client between accounts

Moving a client can be important when a client already has an account and you want to provide guidance from your organization. Also, when you have provided through your organization and that stops you want to set your client up for success and enable them to take their schedule and assistance with them. In the latter case, we can set the client up with a private account.
We take privacy and security very seriously, therefore we need to verify that you have access to the account where the schedule of their clients resides. Therefore, we need a transfer request from this account.
First, go to the online manual from the start page of RoutineFactory.
Then go to the form and select transfer person/account.
Make sure you specify the client's name from this account and the email address that you use to log into the destination account.
We will receive this request and make sure that the client is moved. When this is done, we will send confirmation. You still need to give the client access again to their data via the Create own login button on their personal page. If the client uses the app for the daily schedule, there will be no interruption during this process.
